HXZ series DC electric arc furnace

HXZ series DC steelmaking electric arc furnace is used to smelt carbon steel and various alloy steels. Its capacity ranges from 3 to 100 tons.

Features:

HXZ series DC steelmaking electric arc furnace is divided into ordinary power, high power and higher power according to power matching; it is divided into left operation and right operation according to the operation form; the furnace cover is the unscrewing top feeding type; the complete design is reasonable, reliable in operation and superior in performance.

Furnace body:

There are two types of steel channel tapping and eccentric bottom tapping. According to the power matching, there are traditional furnace shells and tubular water-cooled furnace shells.

Furnace tilting mechanism

Electrode lifting mechanism:

It can be divided into trolley mobile type and column lifting type, and its driving methods are motor driven and hydraulic driven. The electrode arm has a new fully water-cooled conductive cross arm and an ordinary copper tube cross arm.

Furnace cover lifting and rotating mechanism:

Divided into basic integral type and basic separated type.

Cooling water and its monitoring and alarm system.      

Hydraulic station and control valve system

Electrical control system:

The electrical control system adopts a new type of variable frequency speed regulation-motor type regulator or microcomputer control-hydraulic regulator. And can configure CRT display.The control and interlock protection of each part of the equipment adopt PLC control.
