Provide energy-saving copper tiles for submerged arc furnaces (ferroalloy furnaces, calcium carbide furnaces, yellow phosphorous furnaces, etc.) according to user drawings.
Direct-cooled red copper forged copper tiles are new products for submerged arc furnaces developed in 1998 and have formed a series. T2 red copper is used for pressure processing, and the structure is dense. The cooling channel is drilled with deep hole drilling, so it has good electrical conductivity and good cooling effect. Thereby, the power loss on the copper tile can be reduced and the service life can be improved.
